Each person who speaks for us in meetings records their voice once (about 20 seconds). The phone then recognises them, and everyone else is treated as the visitor. Only a voiceprint (numbers) is saved, not the recording.
Record in the meeting room with the phone you use for meetings, at your normal speaking distance. Read the text aloud at your normal pace.
